Challenge
Fulfillment of the duty to instruct employees
Every company is obliged to instruct its own employees with regard to occupational health and safety. This regulation is stipulated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and must be implemented accordingly.
Since 2020, Isabellenhütte has been using more heroes training courses to train its employees and thus fulfill the legally prescribed instruction obligations.
Solution
Daily Heroes with a focus on two areas
Our Daily Heroes (mandatory training courses) were developed with experts in the field and focus on two areas:
1. a sustainable training course that enables the company to protect its own employees while fulfilling its legal obligation to provide instruction.
2. offering employees a great learning experience that is fun and motivating.
This approach also convinced Isabellenhütte to use more heroes training for its internal compliance training: “With more heroes, the didactic approach is particularly convincing, because the knowledge is conveyed in a practical and varied way. Simple proof of the obligation to instruct
With more heroes, Isabellenhütte can track which employee has completed which training and when. In addition, a certificate is automatically generated after successful completion, which can also be used as proof of the obligation to instruct.
Integrated into your own LMS via SCORM
All training courses can either be accessed via our online platform or integrated into your own LMS. Isabellenhütte has integrated the content into its existing LMS (hiveQ) via SCORM. This means that employees remain completely within the company’s familiar learning environment.
Automatic training reminders
If an employee has not completed assigned training courses by a certain date, they receive a reminder by e-mail. The process is fully automated and Isabellenhütte can use its resources elsewhere (instead of manually reminding employees). The emails can be customized in your own CI (texts & media).
Time and cost efficient
Compared to face-to-face training, our more heroes online training courses are significantly more time and cost efficient. Particularly exciting: all content is also optimized for smartphones and tablets. This means that idle time (e.g. train journeys) can be used efficiently.
