The qualification platform combines different learning formats - learning on demand, face-to-face events, classic eLearning via online trainings as well as remote trainings, so-called virtual classrooms and webinars.

We successfully use Classroom Manager for our internal training. For this purpose, we use various learning formats, such as WBTs, videos and learning cards. We also conduct our annual safety training entirely digitally via the LMS. Particularly useful is the possibility to perform tests after the training and to generate certificates.

The LMS is also used internally for training and certificate management for supervisors (including company and department structure).
