You work independently and with much freedom, but you are not alone: We support you in your development and individually shape your start. In regular meetings, we plan your personal goals and development together with you. By the way, we don’t have a dress code (except for client visits) – come to work as you feel comfortable.

We don’t have fixed working hours; you coordinate your time individually and flexibly with your team. Our time account is monthly: Overtime is usually worked off within the calendar month. If you work a 5-day week, you will receive 32 days of holiday per year.
You can let off steam in our Activity Room with table football, table tennis and sports equipment, and relax in our Relax Room. Need some space with your kids? You can reconcile family and work in the home office or in our parent-child room. Our rooms are spacious and designed to boost concentration.
