Our application process

In 6 steps to IM|S

1. Application

We will process your application within one week – you will usually receive feedback by the fourth day.

Your career and your visible commitment are especially important to us. Therefore, with a few exceptions, we do not require a cover letter.

2. First meeting

You and our HR manager will get to know each other in a short, approx. 30-minute online meeting. This will give you an insight into our company structure and allow you to ask our HR manager your questions. After one or two days, we will then decide on the next steps together.

3. Interview

At the interview, the team leaders are also on board and can explain the job details to you in more detail.
We usually start the interview with a short presentation on your part and then talk together about your motivation, your wishes, and the requirements of the respective position.

By the way, we don’t have a dress code: come to us as you feel comfortable.

4. Challenge Day

Were we able to convince each other in the interview? Then welcome to our Challenge Day!

During the Challenge Day, you will get to know our company and the respective team and solve various everyday tasks related to your position. You spend the break with our IM|S team and get an insight into other teams during a sociable coffee talk.

In this context, we also offer you an Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ Assessment), which we will look at and reflect on together.

5. Contract agreement

Do we fit together?

Then it’s time to agree on the framework conditions together.

You will receive a draft from us, which we will go through and agree on together.

6. Onboarding

Now your successful start is on the agenda!

We will accompany you during your first few months and work with you to shape the onboarding phase. You can expect a detailed familiarisation plan and an onboarding mentor who will accompany you during the first months.

As part of your induction, you will also sit in on work placements in the various departments and get to know them from the ground up.
