Flexible working hours and holidays
We don’t have fixed working hours; you coordinate your time individually and flexibly with your team.
Our time account is monthly: Overtime is usually worked off within the calendar month.
If you work a 5-day week, you will receive 32 days of holiday per year.
Job bike and mobility
You can conveniently charge your e-bike and e-scooter in our lockable bicycle cellar.
You don’t have an e-bike yet? Then rent one from our Job Bike offer. You can also park your car safely and dryly in our underground car park.
Our office is located directly at the Karlsruhe – Neureuter Straße tram stop and can be reached on foot within 2 minutes. By the way, with our company subsidy, you only pay €26.55 per month for your Deutschlandticket.
