Raabe is firmly established in the digital world with various digital products such as “Raabits” and digital software tools. To take this one step further, Raabe is planning additional digital products for principals and teachers. In this way, Raabe wants to act as a digital competence partner for schools.
Raabe approached IM|S to make use of our expertise in digital qualification scenarios. Together, we held several workshops to explore the possibilities of what a plausible business model looks like for Raabe, which processes are optimal for the publisher to generate content and how this content is made available to customers.
Based on the approach developed, Raabe has now taken the next step and started developing the product.
