Successfully creating and selling digital training

Raabe is firmly established in the digital world with various digital offerings such as the “Raabits” or digital software tools. To take this a step further, Raabe is planning additional digital products for school leaders and teachers. In this way, Raabe wants to act as a digital competence partner for schools.

Raabe approached IM|S to take advantage of our expertise in digital qualification scenarios. Together, we held several workshops to explore the possibilities of what a plausible business model looks like for Raabe, what processes are optimal for the publisher to generate content, and how this content is made available to customers.

Based on the approach developed, Raabe has since taken the next step and begun developing the product.
