Milking, homogenization, CE conformity and more: expert knowledge for GEA employees
The diversity of GEA’s customer industries clearly shows that a great deal of expert knowledge is required. Since 2015, we have been supporting GEA with didactic concepts and the implementation of online training in the Content Builder to document knowledge and make it easily accessible to (new) employees.
This has resulted in interactive training courses on various specialist topics, such as basic knowledge in the area of “Farm Technologies” or “Mechanical Equipment”. In addition to the specialist topics, we also looked at content that new employees use during onboarding to get to know the company. In the particularly interactive training module, for example, new employees learn about the range of services offered by their employer. They discover: GEA services are everywhere in their everyday lives. Would you have guessed that?
GEA has been an IM|S project partner since 2015.
