Milking, homogenization, CE conformity and more: Expert knowledge for GEA employees
The industry diversity of GEA’s customers shows quite clearly: a lot of expert knowledge is needed here. Since 2015, we have been supporting GEA with didactic concepts and the creation of online training with the Content Builder to document knowledge and make it easily accessible to (new) employees.
In the course of this, interactive trainings on various specialist topics have been created, for example basic knowledge in the area of “Farm Technologies” or “Mechanical Equipment”. In addition to the specialist topics, we also looked at content that new employees use during onboarding to get to know the company. In one particularly interactive training module, for example, new employees learn about their employer’s range of services. They discover: GEA services can be found everywhere in their everyday lives. Would you have thought so?
