Product knowledge for service partners and sales staff
“Only those who know a product well can make it understandable to their customers and sell it.” With this thesis, we started in 2015 together with Bosch Automotive Aftermarket to develop online trainings on wear products in vehicles such as batteries, filters, brakes or spark plugs.
In the online trainings, service partners and sales staff not only learn about the technical functions and special features of Bosch products. They also learn which product variant is suitable for which vehicles and customers and which arguments are decisive for the purchase decision.
The training courses are now available internationally in various languages, so that participants can learn in their native language – and are thus well equipped for their job.
