Comprehensive training is therefore also particularly important to ensure that all customers and partners can use Straumann’s products effectively. This was the point at which IM|S entered the picture as a training expert.

In a joint workshop, Straumann’s initial situation was analyzed and the major goal was defined:

A central, digital platform that unites all courses and all countries. It should provide valuable data, drive the company’s success and offer dental professionals the best learning experience they have ever had.
