In order to always be up to date, zeb offers its employees a broad portfolio of training and qualification programs. This also includes the safeguarding and provision of knowledge and experience that has been built up internally over the years.

zeb relied on IM|S to provide the best possible advice for the development of internal knowledge management: we supported the Münster-based company with consulting and coaching on all aspects of digitalization in training. For example, we supported and coached the development of a modern didactic framework concept and the creation of digital training modules. It was obvious to the zeb consultants how important the exchange of experience is at this point.

The special thing about it: IM|S’s services could be called on flexibly over a predefined period of time – we were always on hand when zeb needed external impetus and expertise. Because in our collaboration, we pursued zeb’s claim. “The aim is to expand our customers’ performance and competitive strength.”
