With 45 subsidiaries worldwide, it is a central concern of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen that its sales department is professionally and sustainably trained. This is possible thanks to the IM|S online training courses.

Together, we have created sales training courses on basic topics relating to Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen’s core products, such as on-load tap-changers. For this purpose, specific, sophisticated expert knowledge about high-voltage technology is didactically prepared in appealing online training courses: The aim is to make new and deserving employees in sales fit for the core products of Maschinenfabrik and, above all, their special features and new developments. Because only those who have the know-how can present themselves competently to customers and convince them. Didactic reduction and clear illustrations and animations are used to convey the complex products and processes to the target group in an understandable way.

The online training courses are created in the Content Builder – and this authoring tool is also used at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen: this makes it easy to adapt the online training courses yourself and make small updates quickly.

All online training courses are provided via hiveQ and are therefore quickly and easily accessible for the sales staff.
