Create sales trainings professionally & adapt them yourself

With 45 subsidiaries worldwide, it is a central concern of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen that its sales department receives professional and sustainable training. This is possible thanks to the online training provided by IM|S.

Together, we have created sales training courses on basic topics related to Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen’s core products – such as on-load tap-changers. For this purpose, specific, sophisticated expert knowledge about high-voltage technology is didactically prepared in appealing online trainings: The goal is to make new and lang-term employees in sales fit for the core Reinhausen products and, above all, their special features and new developments.

Because only those who have the know-how can present themselves competently and convincingly to the customer. Didactic reduction and clear illustrations and animations are used to convey the complex products and processes to the target group in an easily understandable way.

The online trainings are created in the Content Builder – and this authoring tool is also used inhouse at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen: This makes it simple to adapt the online trainings for the employees themselves and to make small updates quickly.
All online trainings are provided in hiveQ and thus quickly and easily accessible for the sales staff.

Machine Factory has been an IM|S project partner since 2014.
