How can we design an elearning module for an extremely heterogeneous target group? How can we bridge the gap between knowledge transfer and transfer to everyday work? Finding outstanding answers to these questions was crucial for ERZ in its search for a suitable eLearning provider. IM|S was able to convince with its custom-fit, interactive and everyday online trainings, so that ERZ is now optimally supported from the Zurich office.

In the conceptional phase – for example with the topic of safety and health – we put ourselves in the place of the learners and prepared the training contents for specific everyday situations. The result is a highly interactive online training with a storytelling approach that encourages learners to identify with the protagonists and actively involves them in the learning process. 

This makes it easy for learners to apply the content in their everyday lives. Furthermore, all WBTs are designed in the corporate design of ERZ and follow the same didactic-founded structure in which the learner finds himself regardless of the content.
