The special thing about it is that a (big) picture says more than a thousand words! So all the topics covered in the training are reflected in the Big Picture, which depicts everyday life in the workshop. From the dialog reception to the repair to the test drive.

The Big Picture serves as a visual anchor for the entire online training course and locates the training exactly where the target group is active – in the workhop.

Starting from the Big Picture, participants call up the individual modules of the interactive online training course, which lasts around 45 minutes, and thus find exactly the information they need at a glance.

And this is crucial for the partner workshops: before a workshop is accepted as a partner by HUK-COBURG, all employees are intensively trained and familiarized with the processes. So nothing is left to chance.
